I build AI products, not just manage them.

I'm a product manager who builds AI products. Right now I lead data and AI platforms at TD Bank, where I own strategy and delivery for tools used by over 100,000 people. Before that I spent three years on ML-powered personalization serving 2.5 million daily users.

On the side, I founded JustReva, a voice AI receptionist for healthcare clinics. I took it from an idea to a live product with paying customers, making every build-vs-buy decision along the way. Building something from zero taught me more about product than any framework ever could.

I started my career as a data scientist at an early-stage startup, where I wore every hat. That experience gave me a deep technical foundation and a bias toward shipping over theorizing.

I think a lot about how AI changes distribution, why most AI products fail at the integration layer rather than the model layer, and what it means to build products where the AI is the experience rather than a feature bolted on.

Voice as Interface

Building JustReva taught me that voice AI is finally ready for production. The stack (ASR + LLM + TTS) is cheap enough and good enough to replace real workflows.
